Serba salah juga nonton kartun spongebob, kalo anak kecil nonton spongebob dibilang ” itu bukan tontonan anak kecil” tapi kalo orang dewasa nonton dibilang “udah gede nonton spongebob, kaya’ anak kecil aja” .
Sebenernya Spongebob bisa ditonton segala umur, tapi memang lebih cocok untuk remaja dan dewasa karena banyak mengandung humor-humor verbal dan sarkastik yang tidak cocok untuk anak kecil.
Walaupun begitu di serial Spongebob juga banyak hal-hal positif yang bisa diambil seperti Plankton yang pantang menyerah walaupun sering gagal. Selain itu terdapat kalimat-kalimat yang cukup menarik, lucu dan ada juga yang memotivasi. Serial ini jauh lebih baik daripada sinetron di Indonesia yang hanya menyajikan kekerasan, percintaan, dan mistik.
